Sakura season is around the corner

Japan meteorological agency has announced 2025 Sakura blooming forecast. In Ibaraki area, it starts blooming from around 25th of March. . Blooming starts from south to north, and it usually takes about a week to 10 days to fully bloom. In northern areas like Fukuroda, Daigo, Hitachi, Kita Ibaraki may be delayed a few days.

We have many famous Sakura places in Ibaraki, and surrounding areas. In many of those areas, visitors are much less than other Sakura places around the country.
